For nearly 50 years, Jon Snyder has been actively involved as a commercial real estate

broker, focusing on leasing and sales throughout the country.

Working with regional and national companies, he participated in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties throughout California and Nevada.

In addition to his work as a broker, in partnership with investors, he developed shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial parks.

He also expanded his personal portfolio to include rehabilitation of retail and industrial properties, as well as ground-up development.

Mr. Snyder has been recognized for his accomplishments in the Brokerage community that includes the ACRE Humanitarian of the Year award for 2000. He was also recognized for completing the largest lease transaction ever in the Sacramento region.

Mr. Snyder is philanthropically active in the Sacramento community. He has served in various roles for several area non-profits, including the Mental Health Association of Sacramento, Christian Brothers High School, and the Discovery Museum. He is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Sacramento.
